Great Gill. Very useful and very relaxing. Will be using the techniques. The Alexa bit did make laugh

Thanks gill. Very useful practice. I've always found the exhale breathe to be longer in my sessions. Feels more natural and comfortable than equal breathes. oh and my tummy gurgled on que as you mentioned it. Lol.
