New podcast weblog with a focus on Mindfulness meditation, Aromatherapy, Natural skincare and, well, I would be surprised if I didn’t include some chat around the “joys” of home schooling. With a few more months of isolation likely, let’s support each other, be grateful for the simple things and take some time to just breathe.
